WS Modular Cleaner Series
The WS Generator can be combined with different Transducer options depending the application needs.
Selection
The WD-series of cleaners are MODULAR TYPE cleaners. First, select the appropriate generator to meet your application needs based on power and frequency of operation. Then select the other necessary modules for your needs, i.e., tank, tank and heater, only vibration plate transducer or immersible transducer.
Features

Frequency self-tracking systems. Using our automatic frequency checking systems, it is possible to mantain a constant frequency despite changes in the cleaning load. The new generation of WS Series generators includes a proprietary automatic frequency tracking system (oscillator + PLL detection) circuit that feeds back to the controller and automatically adjusts for variations in product load.

Stabilized Power Output (Output Power Control). Adjusts for changes in output power that may be caused by changes in the load, such as liquid depth, cleaning materials, temperature, fluid density, pressure and other variables.

Wide power range. Output power is completely adjustable from 0-100% (only for 28kHz and 40kHz units).

No adjustment required. Manual power adjustment is not required for the transducers - it is all automatic

Equipment Safety Features. Safety switches are installed so that the unit will automatically shut off if there is a malfunction of the transducer, power surge, excess temperature, etc.
