Bulk Piezoelectric Rings
Applications:
Piezoelectric ceramics rings made of hard-doped PZT82 compositions are typically used in Bolt-clamped ultrasonic transducers, also called Langeving transducer and similar.
They are used in Ultrasonic Cleaning, Ultrasonic Welding, Ultrasonic Sensor, Vibration Sensor, Vibration generation, Biodiesel mixing transducers, and active vibration damping.
The piezoelectric rngs are fastened to the metal rods with bolts, which enable the particle displacement or velocity of the mechanical vibration of the piezoelectric components to be amplified, and the ultrasonic energy is concentrated on the smaller area, that is, the ultrasonic concentrator.
We can provide a variety of ring-shaped components with low resonant impedance, low dielectric loss, good thermal stability, and high-power drive. The standard sizes are listed in the table below.
