BD Family of Dual Channel Drivers for Piezo Bender Actuators
The BD family of miniature driver modules contain a high-voltage power supply and two linear amplifier channels. The individual channels can drive piezoelectric actuators up to +300V, or can be combined for a single output up to +/-300V. An inverting option also allows these modules to drive two and three wire piezoelectric bender actuators.

PDu100 - Micro Piezo Driver
The PDu100 is the industry’s smallest and lightest driver for piezoelectric actuators. The PDu100 can drive two-wire piezoelectric actuators and benders up to +/-100 V. The PDu100 can also drive three-wire piezoelectric benders and stack actuators up to +100 V. Applications include battery powered robotics, piezoelectric motors, and ultra low-power positioning and manipulation systems.

PDu100B - Miniature Piezo Driver
The PDu100B is a complete miniaturized power supply and linear amplifier for driving piezoelectric actuators. The PDu100B provides variable gain and offset, switchable voltage ranges, and the choice between ground referenced or differential inputs and outputs. The PDu100B can drive two-wire piezoelectric actuators and benders up to +/-100V and three-wire piezoelectric benders and stack actuators up to +100V. Applications include piezoelectric valves, motors, pumps and low-power positioning and manipulation systems.

PDu150 - Three Channel Ultra-Low Noise 150V Piezo Driver
The PDu150 is a complete miniaturized power supply and ultra-low noise driver for up to three 100V, 120V or 150V piezoelectric stack actuators. Output currents up to 100mA per channel are developed at frequencies up to 80 kHz with exceptionally low noise. The three channels can be connected in parallel to produce an output current of up to 300mA. The noise level of 26uV is typically an order of magnitude better than the best full-size instruments even though the output power is similar. With a peak-to-peak resolution exceeding one part-per-million or 20-bit, the PDu150 exceeds the most demanding requirements in semiconductor machinery, scanning probe microscopy, optics, vibration control, and nanopositioning.

PDu150CL - 150V Piezo Controller with Strain Gauge Feedback
The PDu150CL combines a high-voltage power supply, precision strain conditioning circuit, feedback controller, and ultra-low noise amplifier (26uV RMS) into a package the size of a credit card. It provides all of the necessary functions for high-resolution open-loop or closed-loop control of piezoelectric actuators with or without integrated strain sensors. The PDu150CL produces up to 300mA of output current at frequencies up to 80 kHz and is protected against short-circuit, average current overload, and excessive temperature. The strain conditioning circuit utilizes a novel bridge driver and amplifier circuit to provide a closed-loop positioning resolution of 0.02% full-scale.

PDm200 - Miniature High Voltage Amplifier (Second Generation)
The PDm200 is a complete high-performance power supply and linear amplifier module for driving piezoelectric actuators. The output voltage range can be switched between bipolar or unipolar modes with a range of 100V, 150V, or 200V. In the unipolar mode, the negative output range is fixed at -30V for use with stack actuators. The PX200 is a low-noise voltage amplifier designed to drive capacitive and other loads from DC to hundreds of kiloHertz. TD250 - Six Channel 250V Amplifier for Driving Piezo Tubes
The TD250 is an ultra-low noise +/-250V amplifier with six channels that can be driven independently, or configured as three channels with non-inverting and inverting outputs, which are ideal for driving piezoelectric tube scanners. PDQ - Charge Drives - DISCONTINUED
