Micromechatronics acquired by Noliac

As of July 31st 2007, Noliac A/S acquired 49% of Micromechatronics, Inc.  Noliac specializes in custom built piezoelectric devices

Noliac A/S was founded in 1997 by Bjorn Andersen, who is the Managing Director (CEO).  In a few short years, their multilayered stacked actuators were used in several applications to include fuel injection, telecommunications and instrumentation. 

Micromechatronics, Inc will serve as the North American distributor of Noliac products for new customers and is a part of the Noliac group.  We are all excited about this new relationship and look forward to working closely with our Noliac partners. 

The cooperation between both companies, Noliac and Micromechatronics, Inc, will increase the piezo product and expert support to all our customers.
